What is the difference between a Basic and Pro plan?
A Basic plan is for an individual’s use only so you will need a separate license for each user.
A Pro plan is for groups that are sharing licenses. The number of tokens purchased equals the maximum number of simultaneous users.
What currency can I pay in?
You can pay in Euros.
Do you offer offline billing?
We can offer offline billing for annual subscription plans and upgrades.
To set-up an offline plan or request an upgrade, please contact the sales department sales@archigene.com.
What is the difference between the "Recurring charge" and "Today's Charge"?
All the monthly subscription plans start on the first day of the month. The "recurring charge" is the price for a full month. The "today’s charge" is the prorata you need to pay for the current month from the day you purchase to the end of the month.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
In case of monthly subscription plans, your plan is automatically renewed.
In case of annual subscription, your plan is valid for one year and will need to be renewed manually each year.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time by visiting the "Subscriptions" page.
Upgrade action will take effect immediately, while downgrade action will become effective at the end of the current billing period.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
For users paying by credit card subscriptions can be cancelled by visiting the "Subscriptions" page and selecting the "Cancel subscription" option next to the relevant subscription.
Cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing period.
How do I renew my annual subscription plan?
  • Select your new plan.
  • Fill in your payment details.
  • Check the "Is this a subscription renewal?" box.
  • Enter the start date for your new subscription (the day after your current expiry date).
What happens when my subscription plan expires?
You will no longer have access to the Archigene Browser. If you purchase a new subscription with the same account, you will have access again and you will recover the variants and annotations you have created.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and UnionPay.
For annual payments, you may pay via wire transfer.
Can I have a PDF invoice for my subscription payment?
PDF invoices are available when logged on to your Archigene account at the billing page.
How do I change my Credit Card details?
You can change your credit card details when logged on to your Archigene account at the billing page.
